Mission statement

EIZO Technologies's mission statement forms the back bone of our corporate culture: it enunciates the practiced company philosophy, describes the company's long-term goals and specifies which business strategy shall be used to reach the target.

Company Philosophy:

We conceive ourselves as a long-term reliable partner of globally leading companies. We meet this high expectation by living customer focus in all business units and processes - with fixed values, standards and rules for all members of staff and management. Thus the behavior of all members of the company is standardized regarding fulfillment of customer requests, and becomes revisable.

Business Objective:

The focus of our activities is the content customer. Therefore it is EIZO Technologies's long-term business objective to build up a durable customer relationship - a relationship characterized by fairness and mutual confidence. It is not quick success we aim at, we count on good cooperation, because this is the basis for solid, long-term business ties between partners.

Corporate Strategy:

This goal can only be reached when the right course is set - for staff and management members, for technical and logistic processes and for   service attitude. We bank on our innovative strength and our know-how. In concrete terms this means: we pay special attention to a high educational level of our staff, develop and produce individual products  based on the best materials and state-of-the-art technologies, thus guarantee highest quality, and provide for comprehensive service. Solutions tailored to the need of demanding customers - for nearly 30 years this strategy has enabled us to hold an outstanding position in international markets. The direct benefit for our customer is the benchmark by which we judge our company performance, as we are part of our customers' added value.
